          Flat Rate: Travel and Labor Hours only, that means

          no billing for mileage, hotels, meals.

          Travel Rate: $55/Hr C.O.D., Net30 $60/hr

          Labor Rate: $55/Hr C.O.D., Net30 $60/Hr

          Travel Hours are Round Trip, Calculated using MAP QUEST.
